You will create a Network Diagram reflecting the activities you need to undertake to complete the final exam. It must be configured as follows: There must be a minimum of 10 Activities You must have at least 2 paths through the network Each activity needs a start date, duration and all except the first requires a predecessor(s). Next use the Critical Path Method (See PMBOK p.210, 6.5.2.2) to do forward and reverse pass on your network diagram and identify the critical path. Maximum marks will be gained by originality, excellent presentation and accurate use of CPM.
