You will create a PowerPoint presentation that outlines the history of Jazz in America. Instructions: You will create a PPT that shows how Jazz developed from Blues to Cool Jazz. Information to be presented should be: A brief description of each genre of Jazz (Blues, Dixieland (New Orleans and Chicago style), Swing, Bebop, and Cool Jazz) and its trademark characteristics. Include the innovators in each genre, as well as the geographical location each style was most noted for. You may also include a tune that is representative of each genre in a YouTube video. Be as creative as you can with your presentation. Requirements: The PPT should be a minimum of 10 slides with a title slide and references included. There should be a minimum of 2 references.
