You will create an Event Specification Guide $($ESG$)$ based on the information provided in this

document as well as any handouts and exercises we will do in class. When it comes to the function

set$-$up orders you have creative license to plan the room set ups the way you think would be best,

as well as the audio$-$visual requirements, food and beverage and exhibition set up$.$

We will be going over the steps of the ESG on March $5$ and continue in the weeks following with

various steps in the overall program design which you will incorporate into this assignment.

The key sections of the Event Specification Guide that must be included in your submission are as

follows:

$$ The Narrative $$ general overview of the event.

$$ Function Schedule $$ timetable outlining all functions that compose the overall event.

$$ Function Set$-$up Order $$ specifications for each function that is part of the overall event

$($includes room set ups, audio visual requirements, food and beverage; exhibition set up$,$ etc.
