You will describe THE PROCESS step by step how you launch your business (in your jurisdiction)

You will WRITE ALL RELEVANT LEGAL DOCUMENTS needed for launching your business = to be submitted to public business registry (according to your jurisdiction requirements and in English language).

MINIMUM SET OF DOCUMENTS TO BE WRITTEN IS:

1) Decision to establish a legal entity (if to be established alone)

2) Founding agreement to establish a legal entity (if to be established with somebody)

3) Articles of Association

4) Information about management + signatures/written consents, ifapplicable
