The BAT program is designed to provide a career ladder for those who have completed an associate degree and wish to continue their education at the bachelor's level. Students will be prepared to assume first-line supervisory positions in business organizations of every type. Students will also be on a career track to higher levels of management as your experience grows in applying the concepts and techniques learned at Midland College.
