You will develop a reflective 2-page paper that focuses on the overall content of the course(business ethics and Social Responsibility) and your intellectual growth during the term. Have you been surprised by the content in any of the readings or videos? Were you able to relate to the cases and understand why the scenarios were problematic? Do you believe an ethical mindset and resultant behavior are innate or learned? Has your awareness about ethical practice in organizations been enhanced? Did you enter the course with preconceived notions about the instructional content? Have any of your myths been shattered or have they been supported/reinforced? The questions posed are by no means complete and only meant to direct your thought process about your learning experience in the course.

You should also integrate content you found particularly interesting (textbook readings, videos, cases, etc.) into your paper. Format of the paper should include an introduction, body and conclusion and it should be written in first person (see definition above) and double-spaced.
