Part One - Audits A) Conduct a website audit. Using the website audit slide materials provided in class, conduct a thorough audit of the business' existing website. Provide recommendations where necessary.
B) Conduct a search engine audit. Using the SEO tactics and slide materials discussed and provided in class, do an audit of their existing SEO presence. Provide recommendations where necessary.
Deliverable: A document that outlines a full website and SEO audit.

Part Two The Plan
The goal of this project is for you to go through the process of creating an integrated digital marketing plan; therefore, all of the following marketing activities must be included:
- Title Slide - Please include your names!
- Executive Summary - A brief overview of your plan
- Company Introduction - A brief introduction of the company
- Internal and External Analysis - Internal (3 high level findings of your website audit, 3 high level findings of your SEO audit, strengths and weaknesses) External (Opportunities and Threats)
- Goals - State your broad goals of the plan
- Objectives - State your measurable objectives on how you will achieve your goals
- Target Market - Who is the main target audience of the plan?
- Strategy - What are your digital marketing strategies to achieve your objectives?
- Tactics - Include website recommendations (recommendations from your website and SEO audits, a home page mock up); Social Media (example mock-ups of a social campaign including organic and paid content); Online Advertising (mock-up examples of a Google Adwords and display ad campaign); Email (mock-up of an email campaign), Mobile (brief recommendations on mobile marketing tactics) Offline (1 integrated offline/online tactic)
- Measurement - How will you measure the success of the plan? (KPIs for each channel)
