you will individually prepare a one-two (1-2) page document consisting of written feedback that will be communicated to your team during our Week 8 class. This feedback should identify in bullet-point form:

(a) 2-3 key observations that are positive and which should continue

(b) 2-3 key observations that are negative and which should cease/be reduced going forward

(c) 2-3 key observations from previous meetings that reflect additional issues your team needs to be addressed and which are not evident in the recorded meeting itself.

Your analysis should integrate any learnings gained from taking the emotional intelligence and personality assessments which help explain these positive and negative observations.
