T$3$ Part $2$: $($Individual Submission$)$Part $2.$ Individually Prepared Feedback $($Week $6)$Using the recording of the team meeting as the reference, each team member will individually prepare a one$-$two $(1-2)$ page document.The paper will consist of written feedback on the video that will be communicated to your team during your Week $8$ class session on motivation and feedback.Based on this recorded meeting, feedback should describe and analyze in paragraph or bullet$-$point form:$2-3$ key observations that are positive and which should continue;$2-3$ key observations that are negative and which should cease$/$be reduced going forward; and$2-3$ key observations from previous meetings that reflect additional issues your team needs to address and which are not evident in the recorded meeting itself.Your analysis should integrate any learnings gained from taking the emotional intelligence and ITP Metrics Personality assessment which help explain these positive and negative observations. Again, your paper must have $3$ separately labeled sections and must refer to what is going on in the video.
