You will interview a project manager who has recently (within the last two years) managed a project. Your interviewee does not need to have their designation of Project Manager but the project(s) they managed need to meet the definition of a project. If your interviewee does not have the title of Project Manager you must explain what makes them a project manager in responsibility and duties but not in their title. Ideally, you will ask questions that show your understanding of project management.

Some suggestions might be about how the project was initiated, what type of organization was in place, how the project impacted the organization model or they adjusted to accommodate the organizational model, what tools were used, what were lessons learned etc. You will also show your knowledge of the stages of projects through the questions you are asking. Your paper should give your instructor an overview of the project managers approach, style of management, advice from their experience, and the project(s) they managed. Consider the questions you want to ask carefully as they reveal to your instructor what you understand about the discipline. Your paper should also discuss how learning from this project manager is either influencing you now or in a future role. The questions you will prepare in advance will be attached as an appendix to your paper. Technical Requirements:

• APA Style throughout
• 2-4 pages long
• The Appendix will include the interview questions in a list
