-The report will consist of three parts:

1.An ARTICLE ANALYSIS

2.A JUDICIAL DECISION ANALYSIS

oWhat is the dispute?

oWhat are the assertions of claimant?

oWhat are the defenses of defendant?

oWhat is the decision of the local court?

oWhat is the decision of the appeal court of justice?

3.A SIMPLE CASE ANALYSIS concerned with your selected issue. You will create a case (a "DISPUTE" related with that issue using the information given in each report and you will also point the SOLUTION of that dispute.)

-Your submission file (pdf) shall have a "front page" and the "summary" of (1) the article and (2) the judicial decision together with your (3) case and its solution. The submission shall also include the "attachments" of the whole original article and the judicial decision.
