Bill, I want to let you know that our business has specific client-management procedures and company policies. You must realize that part of our responsibility is to accommodate their loan concerns while remaining polite regardless of their response. I want you to handle the customer calmly in your role as a salesperson because you will learn to listen to them and gather all the information required for our business that way. Don't let your emotions cloud your judgment because everyone here is doing their job and we view each other as family at work, so you can avoid biases on your end. I personally came to you to give you advice because I noticed that some of the staff were complaining about your behavior. If you get along better with your coworkers, working is more comfortable. Your background in finance and sales impresses me, but keep in mind that moral behavior is far more significant than talent or credentials.
