You work for Cabrera Manufacturing, which has 1,400 employees in three different locations. Several department heads have approached management about the possibility of offering flexible hours for employees (hours are currently 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the company). Management has formed a committee to gather information from all employees and particularly to consider what sort of flextime arrangement employees would like. You are the coleader of this committee. How will I gather information from the employees and department managers? Are there questions you would ask each group? How do other companies use flexible schedules? Form a committee of two to four fellow students, do some research on flextime, and develop a plan for how your committee will  assignment. If I will use a survey, write sample questions.
