Young ones, Here are the topics for your class project: (pick anyone) 1. An analysis of the application of strategic management tools in small & medium enterprises in Dhaka 2. Entry strategy into the e-learning (Edu-tech) industry in Bangladesh (any sub-sector)

Option 1 is meant to be a qualitative analysis paper. You are expected to: (i) start with an introductory literature review on the topic; (ii) your methodology explained; (iii) presentation of data you have collected (both primary & secondary; primary data [structured interviews, etc.] is of utmost importance); (iv) rigorous analysis of the data using the tools learned in class; (v) state you findings with rigour; (vi) [this is optional] conclude with suggestions for future research.

Option 2 is meant to be present entry strategy into the e-learning industry (e.g., 10-minute school, Unacademy, Byju, etc.). This should look like a fool-proof business plan, with all the trimmings of the strategy you have learned in class. (Goal setting, Vision, Industry analysis, Value chain analysis, value net analysis, Pestel analysis, Rbv analysis?)
