Option 1 is meant to be a qualitative analysis paper. You are expected to: (i) start with an introductory literature review on the topic; (ii) introduce your hypothesis; (iii) discuss your methodology [you are meant to do this paper through structured interviews]; (iv) analyze the qualitative data acquired from the interviews [for your analysis to be of any value you need to conduct at least 5 interviews, per type]; (v) state you findings with rigor; (vi) [this is optional] conclude with suggestions for future research. Option 2 is meant to be present entry-strategy into the food industry [any sub-sector]. This should look like a fool-proof business plan, with all the trimmings of the strategy you have learned in class.
