Your objective is to create a budget for the Play Station 5.

1. Your objective is to create a budget using the WBS Packages Method.

2. Develop your WBS for the Play Station 5 not more than 4 levels

3. Use the WBS to come up with your Budget Categories. You can modify the Excel workbook provided or create your own. Either is acceptable.

4. Your total budget is the aggregate of all your WBS categories.

7. Ensure you document the assumptions you are making. When we get off track with our budget, its often because our assumptions were incorrect. As we monitor our progress and analyze the budget variances that occur, revisiting our assumptions is key.

8. Create your time-phased budget on a quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis. This helps you determine your cash flows needs. Weekly detail is not required.

9. Upload your completed budget on Blackboard. DO NOT EMAIL IT TO ME. DO NOT PRINT IT OUT AND GIVE IT TO ME.

Ensure submission by due date. Late assignments have 15% deducted from the final mark each day for the first two days, at the beginning of the third day late you get a mark of zero.

2. WBS for the Play Station 5 based on the major components of the Play Station.
