Your assignment is to do the following:

Put together a coherent plan of action to solve the various problems while spending the least amount of money while at the same time creating the least possible disruption to your business. Use a Gant Chart to develop the time line but put together an executive summary that follows the following format. This should be in a form that you explain all of the issues as well as your solutions to your boss in a coherent manner.

Identify your complete strategic plan of steps in detail. Answer each of the following questions

What are your needs or identified constraints to execute your plan

What is your design approach

List all of your ethical concerns

Justify the selection you choose either in terms of cost$,$ number of jobs maintained, potential customer satisfaction, or the ability to save money.

What tools in addition to the Gant chart will you use $($Look at Chapter $2)$

What public health and environmental issues do you need to address

Identify all of the cultural, global and social issues that your plan addresses or may cause

Identify the economic issues $($Include but don't limit to the capital expenditures$)$ This should be presented in a table that shows the cost $-$ the benefit and the timing

It will be graded on scale of $0-25$ per the attached rubric
