Your assignment will be to write a paper about arousal models. In class this week we learned of the Yerkes-Dodson Law (inverted U) which correlates the factors of performance and arousal/motivation. In Chapter 5 of our text, at least three other theories related to arousal and performance are presented. In addition, a behavior model presented by BJ Fogg of Stanford is also presented. Please summarize these theories and describe which theory best exemplifies the way in which you perform under increased stress or arousal conditions and include what the source of the stress is.
