Your boss agree with your peer, how do you try to convince your boss?
One of your colleagues comments that software is the ultimate key to project management success. How would you respond? I believe the ultimate key to project management success is a developing a project plan of action. The plan should consist of selecting a project leader, a defined scope, clear objectives, requirements, and a budget. More key factors that will need to be included will be a communication plan and a diverse project team with the expertise in the areas of assignment. Software is an important tool because it can help with organization, documentation and some software also have a scheduling feature that can be utilized for time management. I would not agree that software is the ultimate key. It's useless if the other areas mentioned above have not been established. Software alone will not resolve any issues that may arise during the project management process. I think to get any project management to be successful having group of smart people on the team is the real ultimate key. As stated in 5 Critical Success Factors for Project Management, If you don't have the right team in place, the chances of your strategy and plan falling apart high. Therefore, it is necessary that project staff, expert resources, suppliers and all stakeholders involve themselves actively and form a dynamic team. (weDevs & Staff, 2019)Step by Step Solution
