3. Run a reliability analysis.
4. Show a scale (measure) of job satisfaction based on your reliability analysis.

1. A summary with an interpretation of your reliability coefficient. What would you recommend to your boss based on coefficient alpha? - typed please (shouldn't be more than a paragraph in length).
2. Your SPSS outputs.
3. A copy of your data view from SPSS (a screenshot is sufficient).
