3. Apply key motivation theories that can be utilized at NBCU by addressing the following:
   1. Describe how a manager could utilize the classical theory - Scientific Management theory to motivate the employee working in the position that you selected in requirement #1c.
   2. Describe how a manager could utilize the human relations motivational theory - Maslows Hierarchy of Needs to motivate the employee working in the position that you selected in requirement #1c. Make sure to describe each of the five levels.
