Management of the new organisation to be formed by the merger between African Bank and Grindrod will be using the Balanced Score Card (BSC) tool to assist it in controlling implementation of the merger. For each of the perspectives/elements in the BSC you are required to do the following . Set the new organisation one specific, realistic performance goal. .
