Customer success plan is a key artifact, providing an ongoing roadmap of a customer$$s consumption journey. You build, execute, and continuously curate this document amongst the extended sales team and with the customer $($both solution champions and leadership$).$

Meet with the customer on a regular basis and ask them what workloads they are planning on deploying next quarter

Make sure you schedule an annual review of the contract and understand the annual roadmap for adoption of Red Hat Cloud Services
