Your final paper will demonstrate your learning in this course. The final paper will be 4 - 6 pages which will allow you to incorporate many of the concepts that we covered in this course. The objective is to use these concepts to show that you have a solid understanding for practicing these various theories, models, concepts, and techniques.

Describe how you can use at least 15 20 of the theories, concepts, models, or techniques covered in the text. Here are some options to consider that will provide a framework for you to write your paper.

Option A

It may help you if you consider 3 5 situations or environments where you can apply these concepts for your individual personal and professional development. You will be able to include many of the concepts using examples for work, volunteer groups, social groups, family, sports teams, or anywhere that you are involved with an organization.

Option B

Imagine that you are submitting this document to a leader in an organization as recommendations for how these concepts will improve overall organizational performance. This is a good option if you believe people centered organizations outperform others. You will have an excellent foundation to build upon to use these concepts in your career endeavors.

Option C

If you think that many of organizations are dysfunctional and can be improved by lessons from this course then consider what you can do to begin moving them toward high performance. What models and theories would you use? How can you personally make a difference within your organization whether or not you are in a position of authority?
