Your Group will demonstrate the knowledge and skills you have gained and have learned to apply during this Organizational Behaviour (OB) course.

TASK

Your team is required to search for a real company (your readers need to be able to search for and find information on the company for themselves) that is about to go through a process of change or is going through a process of change. You will need to apply the OB Model to the organization's context.

You will assume that you search of the company was noticed by the CEO. This person knows your team is a reputable OB Consulting Team and therefore wants to hire you to help with the change of the organization. The CEO has asked you to speak with the rest of the organization's Executive Team and staff on Wednesday, April 10, 2024and Wednesday, April 17, 2024 about how you plan to help their organization.

Your presentation to the Executive Team, including the CEO, must include:

• An explanation of your understanding of the change in the organization.
• You advice on how an OB model can be used in the process of change. What this means is that you will need to explain how the three types of variables (inputs, processes, and outcomes) and the three levels of analysis (individual, group, and organizational) will apply to the context of the organization going through or about to go through the change.
• Recommendations for the Executive Team. N.B. Your recommendations must clearly include how you will make this a project for the organization. It means you MUST draw on things you have been learning in your program.

Please note that for this assignment, you will NEED to draw on everything you learned in this OB course; nothing is off limits. Hint: All the topics in this course can be categorized under the three levels of analysis. Please revisit the course materials for the model.

FINAL PRESENTATION

• Presentation Location:In-class/Online presentation.
• Presentation Dates:Wednesday, April 10, 2024 and Wednesday, April 17, 2024
• Total Duration for Each Presentation: 25 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer).
• Presentation format:Your teamis to determine the best approach to make the presentation to the Executive Team of the organization of your choice.
• Submission Date:Tuesday, April 9, 2024 by 11:59 pm (NO LATE SUBMISSION)

• Presentation Audience:Your professor and classmates, who you will assume are the members of the Executive Team.
• Grading:This assignment is worth 30% of your entire course grade.
