Design a $3-$bit counter that will count up in a sequence of even numbers $($i$.$e$.0,2,4,6)$ or odd numbers $(1,3,5,7)$ based on an input signal, Even$/$Odd$.$ If Even$/$Odd is high, the counter will count even numbers. If Even$/$Odd is low, the counter will count odd numbers. If the Even$/$Odd signal changes from high to low, the count should go from an even number to the next highest odd number and vice versa
