Your organization is considering setting up a manufacturing operation in Indonesia, a country where the national culture features very high power distance, moderate uncertainty avoidance and very low individualism relative to Canadian culture. You will be using an ethnocentric management policy and are intending to use the same management systems and reward systems that you would in Canada.
