Your Program

For this lab you will use nested if statements to write the medical diagnosis tool. One difference from

the Complex if Statements program is that you should only ask for user input when necessary. For

example, if the user doesn't have a fever you only need to ask if he has a stuffy nose, and you do not

need to ask if he has a rash or if his ear hurts.

$$ Don't have a fever and don't have a stuffy nose: Hypochondria

$$ Don't have a fever and have a stuffy nose: Head Cold

$$ Have a fever, don't have a rash, and ear hurts: Ear Infection

$$ Have a fever, don't have a rash, and ear doesn't hurt: Flu

$$ Have a fever and have a rash: Measles

Your output should look similar to the sample output below. Turn in your completed program, according

to the usual rules.

The code needs to be nested and detailed as much as possible.
