Your Project $-$ POM$+$ Project $-$ Team Assignment

This week's activities on the POM$+$ Project are focused on reporting information for the POM$+$ project. MSProject has the capability to generate a vast amount of information in different formats$/$structures through the use of views, tables and reports. Information is a critical input for project managers to successfully plan, schedule, and control the project. We will look at some of the more common reports.

Deliverable Expectations:

Use the attached MSProject file which reflects the project's baseline following the week $2$ POM$+$ project scope changes and provide a report that includes the following items. Also include a brief summary of how each item contributes to successfully plan, schedule, and control the POM$+$ project.
