Q3. How sensitive is this network? The sensitivity of the project indicated the chances of the project to have the different critical path once the project is started to be implementing. This project in the case seems to be insensitive due to only single critical path and the slacks of non-critical activities are quite substantial. If the duration of non-critical activities is reduced, there is no chance of these activities to become critical. The transition from the normal time point towards the optimum time will not result in any new or near critical activities.

As per question 2 Q&A, I do see many activities lie in critical path. Whereas, for this question no. 3 you have indicated 1 activity is in critical path Please clarify.

This is about Nightingale Project A , case 9.3 , page 332 in the project coordination management text book I have purchased. Look at the question 2 and 3. My point is that we have many activities as per answer to question 2. Whereas, we say only single activity is there as per answer to question 3. I am asking why we have qty of critical path not matching. Pleas provide detailed answer to question 3
