Your Role: You are Carter's professional coach (external). Case Background: Carter is a director at a media publication company called Small. She is interested in pursuing coaching because her company is going through major structural changes. Luckily, her team has remained intact but many of the teams they used to work with on a daily basis have been let go and their services either eliminated or restructured into other departments. Carter has never been through a major company restructuring.
