Your task Individually you are required to create a twopage infographic in which you are to focus on an Australian business and its supply chain activities that your workshop facilitator will allocate to you by the end of week 2. Assessment Description In this individual assessment, students will be given an opportunity to explain and demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of the core principles and processes of supply chain management (SCM) by showing a detailed awareness, knowledge, and application of current theory in SCM. Assessment Instructions Nearly all Australian businesses that have managed to keep operating during the COVlD-19 pandemic have done so by learning how to adapt to significant disruptions to their supply chains. During week 2, your workshop facilitator will assign you to an Australian business. Please note that if you focus on any other business than the one your workshop facilitator provides, your submission will receive a grade of zero. Once you have been assigned a business, using your knowledge of the key elements of a supply chain, you are to create a two-page infographic that describes how the assigned business has demonstrated its resilience and flexibility by modifying its supply chain to cope with the problems created by the COVlD19 pandemic. In creating your infographic, you must emphasise how the assigned business may have used a PESTEL Analysis to identify ways to modify its supply chain in response to the challenges imposed by the pandemic.
