Prepare a management report for Wanda. Imagine you are a business consultant to Wanda with explanations and recommendations. The report may be done in a document format of your choice. Some students like to use Power Point for this assignment but it is not required. Include section headings to tell Wanda what element of management is being defined. Remember, Wanda started the Salty Pawz business with no management experience so your report is her first opportunity to understand what management looks like for her growing business. This assignment incorporates concepts from the Management, Motivating Employees, and Teamwork Modules.

Develop a simple graphical representation of Salty Pawz management to date. For example: how are Fayol's functions currently defined within Salty Pawz? Explain the graphic using terminology from the Management Module.

Prepare an organizational chart for Wanda that shows what her role as a manager will look like if she expands as outlined in the scenario above. Explain the chart you created and the recommended organization using concepts from the Management Module.

Discuss leadership challenges Wanda will face as she grows the business using concepts from the Motivating Employees module.

Identify a team structure, and team approach that could assist Wanda in growing her business using concepts from the Teamwork module.
