Your task this week is to analyze a failed project and to determine what key performance indicators $($KPIs$)$ might have been instrumental in determining project success.

Find an example of a failed project. Searching the term $$project failures$$ will provide plenty of choices. Once you$$ve selected your project, provide a summary of what went wrong. In addition to the summary, provide at least five KPIs that may have been able to alter the outcome of the project. You should include both mandatory and discretionary metrics.
