Your Task

Your third assessment in this subject requires you to create a recorded Project Presentation video

based on the Project Management Plan you have created in the second assessment. The project

presentation will be delivered using a slide deck to pitch your plan to the project sponsor $($your

lecturer$)$ for approval. You are also required to make recommendations to the organisation based

on the change management plan.
