2. A Machine costing RM3,000,000 was sold for RM3,000,000 resulting in a profit of

RM600,000. New machine was acquired in 2020 including additions of RM5,100,000

acquired under finance lease. Beginning and ending balances of accumulated

depreciation of machinery were RM6,600,000 and RM7,200,000 respectively.

3. There had been no acquisition or disposal of building during the year.

4. Loans were issued at discount in 2020 and the carrying amount of the loans on 30 June

2020 included RM240,000 representing the finance cost attributable to the discount and

allocated in respect of the current reporting period.
