Sometimes it is helpful to update another person with your current location via a text message.

Design a mobile app that does the following:

Note that the user should not have to enter a phone number each time the text message is sent.
When the text message is sent, it should go to the last phone number that was specified. If the user attempts to send a text message before a phone number is entered, the app should display an error message.
