Accordingly, the agent went back to the list of 50 condos and determined whether they had undergone a major renovation. The categorizes are: Renovated more than 10 years ago or never (1), renovated less than 3 years ago (2), or renovated between 3 and 10 years ago (3). 

a. Conduct a multiple regression analysis with Floor and Renovated as independent variables. Describe your results. 

b. Create indicator variables to replace the Renovated variable and conduct another multiple regression analysis with Floor and the two indicator variables as independent variables.

d. Interpret the coefficients. 

e. Is there enough evidence to infer that the independent variables are linearly related to price? 

f. Determine the coefficient of determination and describe what it tells you.
