First brainstorm some ideas for the new product.

When everyone has had a change to suggest a beverage, rate each one as 2 (likely to succeed in the market), 1 (might succeed), or 0 (unlikely to succeed).

Find the average rating for each product idea.

Did any of your group’s ideas earn an average rating near 2 (likely to succeed)? If you were a supervisor in the new-products area, where would you turn for creative ideas for Dirty Lemon’s next flavor?
