Three water supply projects are implemented in a region. Water demand of a big city, a small city, and a village will be supplied through these projects. Level of income and distribution of the costs and benefits for these projects are presented in Table 8.11 . Implementation of these projects reduces the tension on other resources that are expressed as beneficial in Table 8.11 . Determine the distribution of costs and benefits and find which projects are progressive and regressive.
