A multispecialty hospital requires its patients to be registered either through newly launched kiosks on the premises or through its website. After registration, the patient receives a unique “patientID”

that can be used for all future transactions. Discuss the kind of interface that would be the most useful in such a situation. Decide on a system that ensures clear feedback for patients, such as, for example, a notification for successful registration.
