a. You are meeting with the vice president of the company to discuss the scope of the project.

In your meeting, what questions need to be answered and negotiated in order to be able to determine the scope of the project?

b. Once you have finished negotiating scope, the vice president has asked you to write a Statement of Work. What does the Statement of Work represent in this situation? How long should it be?

c. Write a Statement of Work, using the outline shown in Figure 3-5 as an example. Assume that the vice president has given you carte blanche (although that will probably never happen in real life).
