A Fire Upon the Deep is solid sci-fi with a unique premise and impressive world-building. The idea of zones where different levels of intelligence can exist was fascinating! Had a slight issue with character depth, but it didn't detract much from my enjoyment. Book arrived in perfect condition, though it took a tad longer than advertised. The extra discount through membership was a nice bonus. Overall, a worthy read for science fiction enthusiasts.

A Fire Upon The Deep is an absolute masterpiece. Vernor Vinge's universe is nothing short of breathtaking, with a complexity and depth that kept me hooked from start to finish.
