Real Communication An Introduction, 5th Edition is an outstanding resource for anyone interested in diving into the depths of effective communication. The book is well-structured, making complex concepts easy to understand. I also appreciated the real-life examples which brought the theories to life. My purchase through my membership club earned me an additional discount, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this to students and professionals alike!

I recently purchased this book for a university course, and it has proven itself to be a very helpful guide in communication studies. It balances theory and practice well, although a few sections are a bit dense for my liking. My copy arrived quickly, and it was packaged well. Plus, I got a nice discount with my student membership, so definitely no complaints there.

The book offers a decent introduction to the basics of communication theory. While it covers a wide range of topics, I found some areas lacked depth, particularly nonverbal communication. That said, it's a suitable starting point for undergraduate students. It took a while to arrive, which was slightly disappointing as I needed it for my classes. This issue aside, it serves its purpose well.

The 5th edition of Real Communication offers a solid overview of the subject, with a good balance of theoretical insights and practical applications. I learned a lot about digital communication trends, which were particularly relevant for my work. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I found some chapters a bit repetitive. Aside from that, it’s a superb book.
