I bought this book a few weeks back and I've found it quite informative for both academic study and practical application. The balance of theoretical and practical components is well-maintained throughout. Though it took a little longer to arrive than anticipated, it was worth the wait. Use it regularly at my job, and it has yet to disappoint.

Delivery was faster than expected, and the book was well-packaged, ensuring it arrived in top condition. Also saved some bucks with my membership discount!

It's decent as an introductory text but it's not very engaging if you've already some background in the field.

This book provides a solid foundation in Statistical Process Control and covers a lot of ground. It doesn't matter if you're a newbie or someone with some experience; there's a lot to learn. The sections on control charts are particularly strong, although I felt some topics could have been expanded upon. Came well before the expected delivery date!
