This book is a crucial resource for anyone in the field of quality management. As someone who works with statistical process control on a daily basis, I can confidently say that this sixth edition has been updated beautifully to meet modern needs. The examples provided are both practical and illuminating, ensuring that you not only understand the theory but can also apply it effectively. The diagrams and charts are also remarkably clear, which helps in breaking down complex concepts. Additionally, the book arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. If you're in this line of work, this book is indispensable.

I've used previous editions of 'Statistical Process Control' and found them invaluable. This edition continues the tradition with a well-balanced mix of theory and application. It's comprehensive, covering a wide array of topics related to SPC. The case studies included give a real-world feel that you usually don’t get in textbooks. My only minor gripe is the lack of accompanying online resources, which would have been a great addition for a book of this scale. Received it promptly with my premium membership discount, so that's a plus. Overall, a solid book and worth the read.
