I am an experienced Business and Economics Teacher from Australia with outstanding references and a passion for business, as well as for teaching. Prior to teaching, I had a long and successful corporate career working in high level roles in finance, management and strategy in large multinational companies all over the world. This experience gives me a unique teaching perspective that allows me to inspire students by bringin... g Business and Economics to life. I do this by combining transferable skills such as critical thinking and problem solving with hands-on, real world business activities, independent projects and inquiry-based learning. I deliver this within an ELL environment using strategies honed during two-years of teaching English in Moscow, Russia. During my business and teaching career I have spent more than a decade living and working all over the world, developing strong communication and cross-cultural skills. These skills allow me to develop and build strong rapport with students, parents and colleagues of different backgrounds, cultures and ages.
