Myself, Inshamol K P, currently pursuing my masters degree in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology. It was during my schooling that I realized the urge inside me to teach. As per my understanding, teaching is not about making the about person mug up the concept. It all about making the mass infront of u understand the very basic concept and then building over it. Its the academic strategy in VIT that helped me to think teaching from a different viewpoint. After building the base, one needs to explore the current researches in that field and try to put their input in the field of ... research taking the topic whatever excites us to think beyond the textbook information. Currently I have developed the skill to frame research projects in this aspect.
