I have tutored primary and high school students one-on-one in Mathematics and English. Also, I often helped my friends study for exams by going over content with them and making up fake questions. I was a peer tutor at my high school, which involved running homework club and aiding teachers during my study period.
Most of my experience tutoring has been with people who struggle with the content that they are learning so I try to relate their interests to the subject, i.e. music, animals etc. I like to keep a positive vibe during sessions, so that the person feels good about themselves and what they are learning.
