I have working experience in the field research. I work with team of 23 students. Some of them are college students. some of them are researchers. I love to work with them, to solve their queries. We discussed on different areas of research. I work as subject expert with some organisations. I have deep knowledge in my subject. Working experience in various fields as follows: Molecular Cloning & Expression of recombinant protein in E.Coli Expression system. [Recombinant TNF alpha ,Recombinant IL6 Protein, Recombinant IL6 Receptor & Recombinant Cry1Ac Protein.] Animal cell culture & monoclon... al antibody production. Expertise in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, plasmid DNA isolation, DNA cloning, transformation, agarose gel electrophoresis, DNA elution gel etc. Expertise in immunological techniques such as ELISA, western blotting etc. Expertise in microbiological techniques such as culturing microbial species and its maintenance, spread plate & streak plate method, characterization, microscopic studies like staining slide and many more. Proficient in protein expression, purification, and analysis. Proteomics skills such as – SDS-PAGE, Bradford protein estimation, Sonication, Column purification with resins, other instruments like HPLC and AAS. I have 2+ years of Research and Project management experience. I provide Project management support to the microbiology Research Projects at NCS Green Earth Pvt. Ltd. I have previously worked as a Junior Scientist at SKR Agrotech, Wardha. I have a very positive mindset & high teamwork spirit. A Self Motivated individual with zeal to invest oneself in science to the core and build the capacity of leading the research with my knowledge & ability to the best.
